Returns & Refunds

At Mimi Chérie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your item, you can do so easily in accordance with our return policy.

Return Policy

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • All accessories must be included, such as the storage pouch, instructions, and sun cover.
  • Items must be clean and free from any damage.

Conditions for Non-Acceptance

  • Used, washed, dirty, or damaged items cannot be returned.
  • A product is considered used if it shows signs of wear, such as visible handling or having been carried.

Return Process

  2. Follow the instructions provided for secure packaging and shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@mimicherie.com with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
  • Refunds will not exceed the total amount paid at the time of purchase.
  • If a voucher or discount code was used for the purchase, it will be reactivated upon return within 14 days.
